IP add is individual per network but if there is a NAT server, it would just be the same in the bigger picture

and about kay ocir, he may be a newbie in istorya but he isnt a noobcake
he does get a lot. both from OT, KPI, and Sales

and as ive said in my previous post,
the 1st 3months ra ang hassle sa akoang stay
after that, when incentives kicks in, Im feeling great.
lets just say i got 5digits na sweldo for the last 2 paydays
im barely 4months old with the company

Attendance? guess what? it was expected specially after the 13th month pay
workaround? Sups covering it by getting available SMEs and or they themselves do it
SMEs now take sup calls on their stations to hit 2 things. 1: Less Agent AHT, 2: More Agents Available

i see the ops people working on some papers, seems like theyre minimizing head count and endorse people para gamay nlng ang queue since these absenots are affecting the head count

meaning, expect the right amount of calls coming in, a few weeks from now

and im assuming theyll be doing the same as soon as ITR comes out
since there is a possibility na naa nasay mawagtang ani nga time
but unsure since magstart nsad ang training...
training has postponed for the xmas season, no new teams coming in until the 1st or 2nd week of january

Those PCs in the pantry area are not included in the NAT. I know natubag na na. Something tells me you are saying things you do not fully understand. Their access and the access of the PCs included in the private network are different.

not included? how so? how come pag mag down/lag ang internet sa pantry, TANAN sa pantry nga pc mag down, and all of them are using the same NTlogin. ang floor, accounting, and IT dli? oh well. ikaw nlng bantay pantry aron mkabalo ka unsa ka kapoi mag net sa pantry... may nlng pde rko mag net sa aq mobile
