Wala na nasayop bai. Any endeavor that has a low success rate is considered a failed endeavor. In short, NOT SUCCESSFUL.

Mosugot ka anang toyota na 1:80million cars ra ang modagan? And ang presyo is 1.1million? Mopalit ba ka ug product with that low degree of quality control? That's the same thing. This may not be a product but a formula for success (as what I am trying to extract from your explanation). A formula with a very low success rate. So meaning this idea is not effective. It needs to be replaced with something else. Something with bigger odds because making 1 filipino successful out of 80m is not a very good solution, is it? Basically, kita nagpadatu ni pacman. OO ang tibook kalibotan ang nagbayad kay manny pacquaio everytime na mutan-aw ta sa iya mga away in TV.. but the point there is that before sya nakakuha ug mga educational degrees niage sa sya ug mga hard work like being a construction worker, nagtinda ug pandesal and most of all his dream of becoming a boxer.. mao ni ako gi stressed sa imong education thing kung ngano dili na one of the solutions sa ato poverty kay mas muasenso pa man ka na makawork or makabisness una kaysa mag eskwela ka ug una.

2. gibasa ba nimo ang mga posts ni emow about education?? it is a failed one kay ato education doesn't give our country's good investment in making our country to prosper.. look at our present scenario.. di ba daghan sa ato mga college graduates walay mga trabaho? isn't that a bad investment considering nga nag college na sila unya wala pa jud trabaho? Ang ato educational system is also a failed one kay hantud run only few of our hi-skul and college students passes the satisfactory standards in major subjects like math and science.. ang ato mga teachers kulang pa gihapon ug capacity na makatudlo ug mga major subjects kay ultimo pud sila kulang sad ug alam sa mga major subjects.. and worst corruption is also rising in DepEd department which affects the quality of education.

3. I am also making pacquiao as an example for us to inspire because he proves us that whatever you do bisan ignorante ka ug bad grammar imo english as long as you like what you do the the rest like the money will just follow..

Love your work + discipline = money

notice wala ko nag specify ug boxing or any endeavor sa formula? because you can excel in any endeavor as long as u like it.. and also endeavor depending on the person nga nagdala can become a failure or successful.. dili lang man ka makasulti na pag madoktor ka madatu ka or something na kuyaw ug profession di ba? sa imo gusto lang jud na..

Next President, he/she will take continue of what the first president did, slowly Corruption will deplete until soon be Stopped.[U][B]
Third President, now that it has been stopped, we can take One-Step at a time development through Education to the highest level hehe

lastly the Fourth President,may now begin to take hundreds of Steps development through Job-opportunities, economic strategies, etc.

This can be done through tyranny alone. The misconception here is that we surrender the existence of all to the whims of the leader, much of liberty is dead. True prosperity can never be achieved through force. The reason why we have so many failed administrations is that they believe, each of them, that their plan in shaping the citizens is far superior than the other. And that is the reason why they support the election of their allies, by hook or by crook, to continue their established plans...

Poverty will never be gone... Because poverty is just the result of personal choice. We don't have the power to force someone to work. You can lead the horse to the well, but you can't make it drink. But if that is so, why are we so sensitive to poverty issues? Is it because most of us care? Absurd. Most of us hate poverty because they drain away the resources of our tax money.

Yes, it starts from every people... and it should end with them...but by their own choices... Poverty is also a choice.

because we are stuck in the paradigm of laws, only thinking we can solve it by making or implementing new laws on top of the old.... more laws means more government, more government means more money needed, more money needed means perpetual increase of taxation and legal plunder, which means degradation of liberty and standards of life for everyone.

you could have figured that out earlier but yes why make suggestions with low success rates? we are here to discuss solutions - effective ones that help 80M filipinos not make one athelete successful while the rest of us starve. my proposal for good education is just part of a building block. Feel free to fill in the rest.
