Most of the time or shall we say everytime they would tell you that they will just send an email, it means you did not fail the initial interview.

depende ra sad na kay even if connected paka with another company, if you get hired, they will ask you when ka mu resign para maka join ka nila...

yup, sakto confabulousdudemike, coz i have my colleague sa previous company na nangaplay JP, He was ask as to when he can possibly start, he requested to join JP dec.8 as he is required to tender 30days sa iyang previous employer. and his favor was granted.
