Thank you for your quick reply. But confidence is not enough. Most Call Center wants American Twang, and of course excellent command of English, pronunciation at least good enough. Am i right?

it should be PROPER american accent not CALLCENTER american accent kay mura distorted na kaayo karon
sa mga callcenter sa cebu unsa gyud ang american accent
