try using, Speedfan, Lavalys Everest.. pero murag naa bug ang Lavaly.. Kanang sa 12v+ rail niya kay dili mao usahay daw. pero I think kana ra ang bug niya.. i think.. hehe..

m using the program sa motherboard called PC Probe from the bundled software niya. aircon man ang place nako.. ganiha naka abot ko ug 44 degrees but tang tang na ang side panel unya naa na electric fan plus aircon pa jud. dats still on idle temp...

Try doing what Earlz said.. Basin ang Thermal paste ang problema.

Kung wala'y thermal paste or wala nataud og tarong, dili ka transfer og dali ang heat padung sa HeatSink.

Actually 44 degrees Celsius at idle temp is still safe...unsa full load temp ana?..considering na aircon imo room medu init pud hinuon...my idle temp is 41 degrees celsius w/o aircon but my E7400 is OCed at 3.6GHz already then heats up to 60 degrees celsius at full load (on a VERY VERY hot noontime)...try using HW Monitor to get a more accurate reading of your system temps..IMO, you should only worry if your load temps gets too close to 70 degrees celsius.
