Sakto...patient privacy is always observed by all medical personnel.
But now that either CGMA's or Pnoy's camp is trying to twist the story over to their side, a court order may compel them to site the facts and close this story once and for all.
As for my opinion, since CGMA is in a very high profile case, a closed door session w/ the courts and the doctor's present would have been sufficient to prove her claim and not divulge her condition to the public. The SC should have been intelligent enough to check(double/triple check) the medical records of CGMA and base their decision there, that's why they are being criticized in going around the system and finding a loop hole in allowing CGMA to leave which is 'to uphold the rights of the people' instead of making sure all holes are plugged before giving a decision.
alangan dili ma hot seat nga si Horn man pirme mo tubag..gusto lang gyud ni klarohon ang sitwasyon
d sla ma contemp kng ang medical abstract gamiton as aid to prove a premise for the defendant or plaintiff in court.
In my own view it is different from those doctors appeared on court (like SOCO, psychiatric, medical forensic specialist) to give testimonies to support the "minor notion" that leads to greater impact to win a case.
In the case of CGMA which questioned her medical condition as a center basis to approve or disapprove her clearance to go abroad for medical purpose. So if her doctor/s will not answer to the request in court then the court could contempt them.
