i5-2500k temp question

hi istoryans!

just wanted to ask if ok rba ni ang temps sa akong i5-2500k?

stock clock pni xa, wla pko ng.OC cuz akong board H61 pah. heheh

tested using Intel Burn Test v2.52 (10 runs/standard settings)

AMBIENT TEMP: 32c-33c

IDLE: 35c-36c (HW Monitor)
IDLE: 31c (CoreTemp)



LOAD: 61c-62c (HW Monitor)
LOAD: 63c-65c (CoreTemp)



airflow is not an issue since im using a tech station (open air chassis)

im also using the CoolerMaster V8 w/ Blue CoolerMaster R4 fans (2000RPM/90CFM)

already reseated the cpu cooler twice and still same results.

so my question is, what if mg.OC nko sa akong procie?

unsa kaha na temps akong i.expect ani?

can u guys also post ur i5-2500k/i7-2600k temps here for reference?

i don't have that procie but that temp range look pretty normal to me...

ma o jud chang.. normal raman na.
i bought an i5 2400 today. i tried to stress it with occt in a mitx casing with little thermal compound. 35c idle then mu load siya upto 77c.
ako gi off oi kay maguba nya hehehe. ill put more thermal comopound later nig abot nako sa balay.

forums say na anything below 70 ana na procie @ load is still OK... try to overclock, if imo temps by then muabot somewhere near 70deg, consider another cooling option...

akong i5-2400 kay 59c-61c iya highest using my CM V8 cooler.

lagi boss, wait pko budget para mka.buy na dayn ko ug Z68 board so i can try and OC my procie.

OC ko pohon2x boss if naa nko z68 board... still w8ing for a buyer sa ako h61 board sa BnS section...

4.5ghz rjud ako plan if mg.OC ko for 24/7 usage... heheh

hahah! im still using my Gigabyte GA-H61M-D2-B3 mobo boss werty...

once mahalin ni, next option nako ang Z68 board...

and i got my eyes on the AsRock Z68 Extreme3 Gen3

i have my 2600k same temps maski naka watercooling pa...36 idle 60+ full load..wala nalang ko na oc kay murag mahadlok ko sa temps..lol
