Yeah that's true!...Its very good to invest or buy invesment when the market is low because the prices too are low...At AXA Philippines, we gave you the oppurtunity to invest as well as to prepare your family for the future needs!....
mura pod ka ug mopalit ug butang nya adto ka mopalit sa asa gamay ang mark up, identify what you need first kay daghan type of insurance that may fit your needs. . .
Yup, mao jud...=)
For me, I prefer pure investments... I mean investments with no insurance attached kay if naa naka attached nga insurance, I think I'm not optimizing my return to the max level kay syempre bayad paman ka apil sa insurance....
I'm not saying I'm not a believer of insurance.... Naa naman gud ko nakuha nga insurance so I think I need to focus on investments///
nangita ka ug insurance companies then gusto ka pure investments with no insurance, murag makalibog. . . go for stocks if you are ready for it, MF kung dili pa kaayo ready to jump into stocks trading or go real estate, or UITF, Bonds, etc. . . daghan, it will boil down to what your needs and your risk tolerance. . .
if you are so concerned with the agent's commission, why not become the agent instead.
getting the commission for your own investments is a very good rebate.
how much life insurance coverage do you have bro?
kay most insurance holders here in the Philippines are under insured.
A 1M life insurance policy is just enough for a person who earns about 8.5k per month.
kung kulang pa imo life insurance, you can add term life insurance. pure insurance rajud na. barato ra kaayo. 10k for 1M if around 30 years old ka.
as for investments, ofw_cebu gave good recommendations.
if wala paka naka invest for healthcare, then you might want to check it out as well.
Healthcare costs at old age are very expensive, and mao sad mo kaon sa imo investments if wala na preparan.
Having a health savings account that earns an average of 10% per annum is great.
Wala may laing high yield investment program nga ga earn ana kadako nga magamit dayon for medical emergencies.
just pm me kung interested ka about health savings account and/or becoming a broker and getting commission on your own investments.![]()
