I agree with what sweetgimeno said.... I'm proud and happy that I took the training 3 yrs ago... I've learned a lot especially building up my confidence... Confidence is very important when it comes in applying on any call center you like... even if you have good communication skills if you don't know how to carry yourself sa interview, yabo jud ka... with training centers, they will teach you everything you need to make you feel confident about yourself kay ang english second priority rana kay we've been studying it for years and we only need to be reminded with what we've learned...
Here's an advice if ever you don't have the money to pay for the training or if permi ka ma failed sa interview..
-try to ask someone to ask you interview questions... someone who experienced being interviews with someone...
-in an interview, there's no right or wrong... its how you carry yourself and how fast you think of an answer...
-try and try until you'll land the job you ever wanted... if you fail and ask you to come back next 3 or 6 months, then it means that you still need to practice more and be more confident... you know yourself if you really want the job or your capable with this line of career... don't ever give up... when the time comes that you'll pass your first final interview and about to sign the contract, makarealize ka kung unsa ka worth it ang mga failures... hehehe...
Good luck with your job hunting and don't forget to enjoy and smile on every interview you'll have...
confidence is the key.. bahala mag kalisud kag english bsta naay effort.. btaw oi, pwede raman ka d mu undergo og any training before sa interview.. just practice your english lng like talking with yourself in front of a mirror.. naay daghan tips pud on how to answer interview questions sa Youtube and practice those lines.. and most especially, DRESS UP jud inig day of the interview.. this will give the HR rep an idea that you are really prepared and serious about getting the job.. gudluck sa mga applicants!![]()
