Give me a good high-end video card that doesn't eat power

If you are really dead serious about trimming down the consumption,
your biggest move would be to buy a gold rated psu. Seasonic offers one of the bests.
Second, get an ssd or a green HD.
Third, get a case with a decent airflow design so you can get rid of redundant fans.

Get a GSkill Sniper 1.25v or any LV memory. Not too significant but still cuts the watts.
If you are not planning to overclock or house a lot of devices on your board, get that which offers only the basic interfaces/expansion you will only need.

nice setup TS.. Get a PSU first before Vcard.. I had a vcard before from a friend 6770 and tried to plug it in a system with generic PSU.. Good thing nothing happened to my card but PC did not boot up anymore after that. Got the system's PSU replaced it worked again.

Decide PSU first, 500-600W should be able to handle your vcard options

yeah that is why I mentioned on the 30th (November 30) because I am planning to buy the video card on the 5th of December or better yet, I will buy both PSU & VCard simultaneously.

it was just like sexy when i read the specs but get laugh when i see ur generic psu, sir werty is correct if your looking for a high-end VC that cuts electricity or what you call "eco saving" then replace first your psu before proceeding or else i can say your just wasting your money..whatever you put on your machine needs a the support of your psu just remember the basic so if you put high-end VC with a generic psu then i can tell your psu will not make it..

well... I know the PSU gets first after the V.Card, got no problem with that. But I'm only asking on a V.Card that doesn't eat too much power.
