Patabang ko ninyo mga experts saun ni pag configure. Actually, dili ni ako-a nga business, gusto sa tag-iya ako ang pa configure-ron sa ilang internet cafe.

Mao ni ang existing sa ilang cafe karon:

* 2 internet connection (globe) but different modem/router (192.168.1.1, 192.168.254.254)
* 2 units Dlink switch (16 ports)
* 1 laptop as server (attendant)
* 30 units workstations

Mao ni gusto niya mahitabo:

* Server (attendant) & 1 to 15 workstations connected to Dlink switch 1
* 16 to 30 workstations connected to Dlink switch 2
* same workgroup para magkita tanan kung naay magduwa ug e.g. DOTA, Counter Strike (All LAN games)
* Makita ang 30 workstations sa server (attendant)
* If down ang switch 1, pwede gamiton ang switch 2 as back up

if nahan ka kitang duha maka kwarta bro, kita duha ang mo config ani.
PM lang nya nako bro. online man ko everyday.

like 1st group..192.168.1.1 ang gateway..
2nd group 192.168.1.2..and gateway....try lang ni nga setup..
then pag ma down ang either sa duha change lang ang gateway..

bro kani akong setup bro.. efective kaayo ni, if ok ra nimo tunga ta sa kita ani, kay aky buhat ani bro. pero weekend ra ko pwedi kay nag work man pud ko, monday to friday.

Sa imong 2 ka DSL subscription - Dual WAN Router will do. in case the 1st or 2nd subscription fails. the Dual WAN router will automatically do the job for you.
But since the 2 DSL is on single ISP. In case of ISP failure/problem/issue, the dual wan router won't help you. Better have the 2nd internet connection to another ISP.

Sa 2nd high light. In the event either 1st or 2nd switch fails. The only thing to do it is to replace or have a steady stand by spare switch. This is common network fail over, the hardware failure. My 2 cent, hope I help
