Please share your experiences, good or bad, when using the vouchers from group buying sites such as Ensogo, Beeconomic and the like.

Appealing kau ky discounted rates mn ilang g-offer but will the merchants give the the voucher users the same treatment as their regular customers ie full-paying customers?

For me

Positive
Ensogo: Meddah Spa, Body and Sole, Grand Royal.
Beeconomic: Yummy Yo
Ok kaau ky they treat their customers well maskin voucher g-gamit.

Negative
Beeconomic: Hollywood Nail and Spa
Owner changed the conditions the last minute. Sa voucher pwed wkends but if mgpa appointment ka balibaran ka ky weekdays ra daw pwed. Dli maau cust service. Gpa refund nko ky walay claro jd.

Ensogo: Wat Pho
G-accommodate mi but ang receptionist ni ana in a sarcastic tone "Ay ensogo diay mo wala mo ingon daan pgpa reserve ninu. Mau gni naay available" Why does she have to make that comment 1 ra ka car ngpark sa front, pg passby namo sa massage chairs and cubicles for body massage, mingaw cla. Cge nlng nabawi ra ky gnahan rami sa massage nla. Ang Grand Royal and Meddah dghan tao sa ilang Spa bt maau mn ghapon mutagad ang mga receptionists.

Ni avail mi sa seafood paella; we thought we were getting a great deal, 50% off (orig price: P700).
Pag pangutana namo sa waitress, around 450 ra man daw ang value sa paella. hehe! still, naka save. but the food, so-so lng ang taste

Nkapalit sd ko voucher nla and after the Hollywood Nail incident I thought the same thing would happen ky same cla mga classy na lugar basin naa nsad discrimination. It's good to hear na despite you use the voucher, food and service are still great.

As for Oyster Bay, I don't know if we bought the same thing. My voucher was for Paella and a pitcher of Tropical Passion and Ensogo offered both for P350. Sayang lng so-so ra ang taste. Heads up for me ky wala pa sd nko na redeem akng voucher. The voucher value was for P700 and if P450 ang paella, P 250 ang juice? If base lng sa Paella at least nka save ta ug P 100. Hehe. Thanks for your insights penfires. Good for you wala ky bad experience when using ur vouchers. Mine, worst na jd to sa Hollywood Nail and Spa. Ang owner mismo madlita kau to the max. Dli dw sha mka-kwarta sa voucher users. In the first place nganu enter mn sha ana? Kalagot kau huna2-on. Mau nlng mu full refund ang beeconomic ky kung dli na ambot nlng jd.

Cge ko blik2 read sa conditions wala jd ingon na wkdays ra pwed. Sa ayala mon-thu bt it park wala jd. Cge nlng at least I know not to patronize Hollywood Nail and Spa. Owner was very rude jd.

@ey3s0nly - Ok ra ky pitcher or wala mura mahal ra sd ang 250 na juice uy. Ang uban free ra gni ug drinks. Hehe. Later i-try nko don merto. Base sa imng feedback, cla ang good deal jd Thanks.

@ey3s0nly - I was there at Don Merto this afternoon and I totally agree they have great service and food.

To add:

Ensogo: Very Positive --Don Merto.
*No reservations required. The waitress was accommodating and their food was terrific. I redeemed the voucher in Don Merto - Casa Escano Bed and Breakfast near Sacred Heart School Hijas. This is their only branch since the one in SM has already been closed. FYI in computing the total amt pls make sure to add the 10% service charge. Also, the drinks are not included with the voucher so you have to pay for them separately.

I'm with you pandora! =) just had a good experience with Uncle Noodles, available pa sya sa Groupon in case someone is interested. Thumbs up sa customer service sa kani na mini resto! and ang noodles lami, did not like the siopao though but well, sa gina-ingon pa Uncle Noodles sila so noodles ila specialty hehhe
