ang pinaka kuyaw ana kay na collect inyo emails kay naka connect man mo sa net, if it is cause by a trojan then trojan was made for that function, to collect login details and send it over the net. better change passwords, hope its not the case, better update microsft outlook since it is widely targeted by hackers and eaves dropper

unplug all network connections sa tnan PCs, then do a full virus scan to all computers and servers.. much better if you do it while on safe mode. make sure you also disable system restore upon virus scanning.
