ibta if fully charged naka
makataas na sa temp if cg kag charged while gikan full charge u batt
Tagsa ra kaayo ang laptop nga durable ug battery bai. Most laptops karon kay dili mo lapas ug 1 year ang battery guba dayon.
ayaw sya pirmi i full charge, ayaw pud sya pirmi i drain... have it running like 30-90% capacity sa batt. but if all the time you need your laptop naka saksak sa kuryente, remove the batt nalang...
a battery is a consumable product and the performance will gradually degrade as the product is being used
thats the reason why that most laptop manufacturers would only provide 1 year warranty for the battery
para nako dili bai... i would say user problem most of them time kay kasagaran jud mga users permi naka tangag ang charger which is definitely wrong... to prolong your battery life, you always do the discharge-recharge cycles... meaning, charge ka kung low bat na then run on battery kung full na... though naa man jud times nga kinahanglan ka mag charge in between for whatever reason, ok ra na, as much as possible avoid lang jud...
sakto si boss werty, optimal ang 30% to 90% charge capacity sa battery (modern batteries that is - Lithium Ion)... meaning if it goes around 30% or below, i charge na, then hulbuta inig about more than 90% (ok rasad mag 100% basta ensure imo tangtangon after ma full).
tested? well, nag research na ko aniand i personally have proven it's effectiveness... akong acer 4 years old na orig pa ang battery kaya pa 30 to 45 mins... and that's a 4 years old ha!
akong toshiba 2 years old na, kaya pa 1 hour and 30 mins... akong lenovo office laptop mag 2 years nasad, kaya pa around 3 hours (extended bat nuon ni - when it was new, it was about 5 hours).
almost the same theory ang pag gamit sa battery sa cellphone ug battery sa laptop. pero sa tanan cellphone nga akong na nindotan nga battery is the LG. been using it for almost 4 years ang battery dugay ghapon ma drain maski daghan mo tawag.
ang akong gihimo sa akoa karon, akong tangtangon ang battery nig ka full charge, anyway i used it at home only, nya every month ako sya ibalik ug taud for charging. so far moabot pa ug 3 hrs kung akong gamiton ang battery. i bought this laptop(Dell) way back 2008.
Duna koy Toshiba laptop sa una, miabot lang ug 6 months ang battery because i used it more often. nigka lowbat charge dayon nya nigka full charge ibton nasad ang plug sa outlet, then gamiton nasad ang battery and so on and so forth. so 6 month ra jud tawon sya kutob. with that experience i have decided nga tangtangon nalang jud nako ang battery and kept it in a safe place. i don't know if this is advisable but so far the outcome is okey.
I am not saying that you have to follow what i did, you have to weigh some option kay naa pay daghang istoryans diri nga makahatag ug idea or suggestions base on experience.
