guys, topic man gud diri kay "SC Ruling on Arroyo Seeking Treatment Abroad" and dili "WHO'S THE LESSER EVIL."

i am dismayed by how PNoy and his Yellow Armies dealt with the SC Ruling. REGARDLESS if the SC Justices are midnight appointees of FPGMA, the very fact that THE EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT is not "EXECUTING" per se what the JUDICIARY DEPARTMENT has decided, this blatantly proves that PNoy doesn't really know what he's doing.

I am not studying law or any relative courses, but I could still perfectly remember what we tackled in Pol Sci 1 in college that the mere purpose why we have 3 equal branches of the government is to ensure that "CHECK AND BALANCE" is observed. SC is the highest court of the land and it is clear that one of the functions of the Executive Department is to ensure that the laws from the Judicial Department is executed properly.

I am anti-GMA. I voted for Noy. And the things that PNoy's Armies are throwing at is the SPECULATION that GMA MIGHT not come back. All of these are just SPECULATIONS. and our laws are based on facts and not SPECULATIONS.
