    1. Verify if your PLDT line can throughpout 4mb download and 1mb upload
HOW? Do a stand alone setup ( pldt modem -> dir-615 -> one pc)

    2. Make sure your configurations are correct on both modem and your d-link router. I suggest to put the pldt modem to bridge mode and let the router dial the connection via PPPoE... dont forget to use standard and quality cables.

    3. Be watchful of the network activity of your colleagues - downloading, streaming are primary network hogs. they eat tooo much bandwidth, not to mention torrents which utilizes both DOWN and UP.

    4. Check your computers for WORMS, viruses, spywares.

if you speedtests barely reach 4mb margin... then you may have to talk to your ISP support.

...bro, don't expect to much on the 4MB bandwidth speed, especially when 20 workstations using the Internet at the same time and then plus your Connection (I believed) is ADSL, plus pa jud kung Globe ang ISP, hmmmm they actually bad...

...if you would let your mind stretch a little bit or leap a little bit to the Fiber, the 4MB would be the best for you, since, one of your requirements is 20 wks...

    ...so, beat it.
