actually, duna naman gi ban, given infractions as per stated one of the mods here.

i believe gi strictly monitored ni nga thread coz 2 mods na ang ni comment. so what else?

some of the posters here gusto nga ma close ni nga thread. so if mo warning gali ang mods here. intentionally, the more nga mo post sila og bati/violations to provoke/challenge the mod/s aron ma close lang ang thread.

so why jeopardized this thread not the individual poster?

btw aware ko sa forum rules and in fact duna pud ka basis...

pero mas maayo kung ang poster/s tagaan og infractions to deterred their personal intention/s on this thread.

the greener pasture is a hoax.. tp is promoting more and more support from Manila... why oh why.. its defeats the meaning of the word "SUPPORT", the meaning now is changed to support = PROMOTION.. scary huh? who else is being promoted.. TP CEBU is NOT TP for Manileños, they have served their purpose and used with allowance?!! and promotion afterwards?? too much, oops before i forget,, allowance+housing+van service? who wouldnt want to stay? TP CEBU is for CEBUANOS,, some of them trying hard to speak in bisaya but that doesnt make them Cebuanos.. let this site be stablished by CEBUANOS and not dominated by MANILEÑOS.. send them home.. too much maybe a part of our salary goes to them thats why we get less and they get more without spending in CEBU.. STOP PROMOTING MANILA support,, let them grow and get promoted on sites they came from. let this new site regardless of account or LOB be for CEBUANOS... but still thankful for the support.. they are already been paid. TP CEBU is for CEBUANOS.

whoever they place in TP Cebu is TP's RIGHT since they made it happen
IF ever TP promotes Cebuanos then thats good
if they dont, then thats their own prerogative
The Opening of TP Cebu opened a spot for promotion for ANY TP EMPLOYEES
may it be from ANY OTHER SITE
and it shall apply for TP CEBU employees as well if ever a new site opens

im amazed how this thread has become in just a span of a few weeks. more and more people from TP are getting involved. in a way, this thread should be an eye opener to the management and could help them straighten out their issues, if they do really care about the employees (cebuanos in particular) and the company. yesterday, i saw a friend of mine from TP and he said to me a few of his fellow colleagues and him were printing their resignation letters. i wonder when they will be submitting it. hmmm....
