Hi!

If you're planning to make cooking a profession or career then it's better if you invest on a good culinary school. There are good culinary schools in Manila. There are two in cebu but I suggest you try to check to place in person so you can assess if you'd pursue your study here in Cebu.

you could check Most Institute Cebu, they offer basic cooking in culinary arts...they offer international, Asian, Halal and baking & pastry for 6 months. then flexible yung sched kasi once a week lang.

you could check out most institute. 46, 500 yung tuition nila for 6 months. plus they're the only school yata who offers halal cuisine.

When we say CHEAP , what do you mean by that ? mas maka tipid mo or dirt cheap ?
