when Sasuke used Tsukiyomi on Bee it proved ineffective, why? because of the Hachibi "waking" him up. in Recca's case, he has the 8 sentient fire dragons to do that for him. also Rui specializes in illusions and will know if Recca is being affected by one or not. Setsuna can also "see" through illusions because of his other senses becoming enhanced when he became blind.

of course, illusions won't affect Recca since Genjutsu is the manipulation of chakra flow to the brain and since Recca doesn't have Chakra, illusions would be pretty useless against him.

Madoka can block Amaterasu
and Tsukiyomi won't work since Recca's dragons are like bijuu's who can dispel the illusion, like what the 8th tails did for Bee.

Sasuke will be on the defensive and using Susasnoo for the entirety of the fight until he weakens and Resshin(8th Dragon) sucks his soul.
