To all who would Like to ask,
TP is fine! infact it is great! It is curently very shaky and that is understandable
considering the Age and the status of the ATTRITION.
Do not believe everything you may have heard/ and or read,
Better set expectations for yourself to avoid future disappointments

Something that I can brag about TP is,
TP is a place for growth. If this is what you want for yourself, then GRAB IT
If money and/or work for a living is what you need, You may want to explore your options
(based on the personal income deficit im currently experiencing)

and how Recruitment never set expectations both towards the pay and the contract
not to mention how words were played in comparison to the original job offer and contract

I have been told by my direct supervisor to stop this na. Atleast my TL is TWO SIDED
Understands both side and atleast gives us Hopes and Expectations

People from TP management are already alerted by how bad they smell here in cebu
just right after how sugarcoated they were when they announced theyre expansion here in cebu

I heard some good news coming from BigBoss I's personal interaction towards the issues running within TP
including the deeply expressed disappointments posted from Istorya.net
(Thanks in advance Boss I and everyone in Ops - wishful thinking)

I cant disclose the info yet since It isnt confirmed. I dont want to give False Hopes
What I need to know now is... would it be good enough to stop the Mass Resignation expected right after 13th Month Pay?
