    Ok so I guess we should try using your direct questions to our customers and see what happens to our QAs?There you go, you indirectly admitted that you are still working for TP, how would you know if the spiel is updated or not if your not with the company right? Can you access MyCSP outside the company?Anyway, about the spiel...It is our choice which spiel we want to use.

    so im curious. are you doing anything or will there be changes, upgrades or development and improvement soon?

    Almost everyone here are posting negative stuff about TP.
    i know you can't fix everything and i know you are doing something.
    tell us who did the mistake so we can blame it to him/her and not the company or everyone else.

    im sure all of you in the management are extremely nervous and anxious about the mass resignation after the 13th month pay in december.
    Are we expecting band aid for the issues?

    BTW, just recently knew that someone from recruitment is tasked to forward whatever is posted here to Manila. But TP is still not going to do anything about the pay because only our site (Cebu) is complaining like this.

    Sa una, if naay importante nga occasion or if mahilanat lang ko mu absent jud ko...pero karon,mahadlok na ko mu absent kay samot ka walay kwenta ang sweldo..mu sud nalang bisan ga kurog kay nag chills.
    murag di jud ka happy sa imo nahimutangan karon.the best thing you can do is to leave the company and search for ur happiness.simple as that.

    Anyway, another thing I want everyone to know and point out..This is the only center that changes schedule every week. kami tawn mga agents samot ka stress kay usahay mu work ug 7, 8, 9, 10 days straight. Dapat every 3 months or quarterly man ang reshuffling..pero ila na pud na e reason ang contract kay lage mao naa sa contract.

    Spread positivity? which positivity are we talking about? are there any? WE ARE LETTING THEM KNOW OUR PERSPECTIVE THAT IS WHY YOU'RE SO DEFENSIVE. What do we do next? We voice out our concerns so that we can be heard and MAYBE they will do something about it.

    If you read my earlier posts, I'm with AT&T from another company. I think we also have CSP?

    Ok so I guess we should try using your direct questions to our customers and see what happens to our QAs? - You're QA will fail if your QA Analysts think like you.
