    TP does bonuses for performances,they call it KPI bonus. They also have SALES INCENTIVE. I was with SPRINT before, and people are getting 60K for sales incentive per cut-off. Regardless if it was clean or not. There were people doing fraud and were caught. And take note, most of them are mga bisaya from Cebu and Mindanao.

    Cguro wala pa ninyo naramdaman ang mga bonuses specially ang Sales Incentive sa AT&T karon. Ako I am expecting to get $145 on December diri sa among company. My highest was $380.

    I know about the bonuses..waves 1, 2, and 3 are still waiting for the KPI bonus which will be given after 2-3 months. KPI bonus takes 2-3 MONTHS?! I maybe able to comprehend if they will delay the sales incentive for 2-3 months because it needs verification and all that. BUT KPI? what are their reason for delaying that? what if the employee will resign even before receiving the KPI bonus? so it will be forfeited because of the training bond right? TP is just looking for a way not to pay the bonuses.

    BTW, are you a Cebuano or not? and are you still working for TP? because in my opinion you're not a Cebuano and you are still with TP.

Do you need elaboration? for example, If I passed my KPI for the first cut-off of October, I receive the bonus by Oct. 25th. For the 2nd cut-off of October, I receive the bonus Nov. 10th. What is there to verify? surveys? QAs? AHTs? it's real-time.

    I will give you another example okay? Our wave is the only wave that hit 65 sales on our 2nd day of nesting. Here is what happened:
    The Sales Manager challenged us to make 45 sales and we will get a pizza party, so we obliged. after a few hours the Account Manager drooped by our team and made it even more challenging...make 60 sales and we will also get Lechon..not knowing our team consist of elite agents from different sales account. So we hit 65 sales. After hitting 65 sales our trainer informed the account manager, guess what? the account manager only said " we still need to verify that" to our trainer and walked away without a single "CONGRATULATIONS" just to acknowledge our efforts. bisan mu ingon lang we will verify this lang sah and just wait for the lechon. Nothing. Even our trainer felt bad and insulted. days gone by, then weeks...no update at all. Whenever our trainer did some follow-ups, they will only say it's still being verified.

    So when the Big Bosses (Americans) dropped by after our nesting, we brought it up to them..told them about the challenge. It just so happens the account manager was with the Big Bosses so right then and there the Bosses asked him if it is true so all he did was just nod (with a red face and sweating). After 2 days, he gave us the budget for the Lechon and told us it is already verified. See? Do you think we will get the incentive if not for the Bosses?

    And let's not forget the Sales Manager...up until now we didn't get the pizza that he promised. He promised it will be tonight, so let's see. He said it will be coming out from his own pocket that is why he is waiting until payday. (napasubo) thinking we will not make it.

    Envy Cebuanos? - Hmmmm I dont know if I have to judge Cebuanos or it's just you. Or you didnt even get my point. I'm a Cebuano too and I dont have to flaunt that. I know you're going to use your being Cebuano to have in the lead because you're not gonna have good arguments anyway. And you haven't answered any of my questions yet.

    Your case with the Sales Manager's broken promise is so isolated. Remember, your Sales Manager is a Cebuano too?

    Will you be proud still if I tell you that almost all snatchers and holduppers in Manila are desperate people from Colon?or even Cebu as a whole.
    Most of the manduruga taxi drivers are Cebuanos too? So dont be so stereotype....And dont be too proud of being Cebuano. It will kill you.

    And by the way, you dont have to know the person's identity or origin to argue. Unless you can't think of any argument aside from hitting your opponents "BELOW THE BELT". That's what losers do.

    So I think the issue here is not really to generalize TP because I believe they are not generalizing Cebuanos too.

    You know what's difficult being a boss? Because no matter how hard you work for and no matter how good you are, if the company's owner doesn't want to change the payroll scheme, you cant do anything about it but to do your job. That includes sugar-coating as others say or making sure your employees understand. Again, that doesn't mean TP doesnt care for their employees, but it takes time to make a changes specially payroll which is the biggest expense a people business is spending with.

    Again, I'm not hiding the fact that TP might have overlooked when they did a feasibility study in Cebu, but changing the payroll scheme would cost another feasibility and take time to analyze and study the business. Others might think the Ops are not doing anything. Is it fair us to judge them right away?NO.

    Is it fair for you to be terminated right away if one of the Senior Managers think you cant handle your customer well in just one call? NO, and I think TP has not done that to you yet.

    Same thing as, if we say the management is not doing well or not efficient though you keep asking them questions, what can you suggest then? Do you know anyway better? If you will be provided the situations (can and cant do) I indicated above, do you think you have a better way to resolve it? I'm excited to know your thoughts.

    If you check those sentences in bold red, which is from you..It is confusing if you really are a Cebuano, that is why I asked. It's like you dislike Cebuanos and is also trying to be one. As for your Sales incentives, how is it related to TP Cebu?That is also why I asked if you are still with TP may it be Cebu or not.

    Oh is it below the belt? I'm sorry but that was not my implication..and if your a Cebuano then you won't say it is below he belt right? Aw personal diay ni nga arguement? LMAO! about all those taxi drivers and snatchers in Manila...I guess you interviewed them and they told you they are Cebuanos? anyways, this is getting nowhere...If you think we or I am/are losers (those complaining against TP) so be it.. Bottom line, TP Cebu is not doing well..and if they won't do anything about it, the center will close due to lack of agents.
