    i think it was 2 years ago when qualfon boasted they have a "new management". people thought the system has gotten or will be better. Can someone verify or validate if they did change the management? I think it's not just the management that sucked but the system as well. If they sincerely want to improve and lower the attrition rate, they should overhaul and recheck each internal/offshore system they deployed/implemented/practiced in cebu.
    If they want the top performers to stay and want other company's top performers to apply with their company, patch up the things people complain. bati gihapon mog integrity and reputation coz people inside the company can't feel any change or development.
    You neglect and ignore negative feedbacks. Sometimes, listen to your employees (for God's sake!)
