And, if those people who went on AWOL cared enough and are professional enough to let their employer know that they are leaving, maybe your Schedulers could have predicted your call volumes! Let me know if your brain cant handle these information. I can explain further.

    NO one can help but COMPARE TP to the rest of the SMALLER COMPANY since We've been there

    - False hopes? Was it really the main reason why you left your previous company? You know how our salary and tax work, I don't think you can't compare or even know how to calculate. TP does not collect tax more than other companies.

    To tell you frankly, I find TP OK.

    guess what, do you think i didnt point that out to my direct supervisor?
    about giving allowances for the head counts for the absentees and AWOL people?
    the thing is, as my direct supervisor have said, the number of heads are calculated by the forcast the client is giving. and yes, there is an allowance

    but i guess it isnt enough. So, if it is the MC's Fault, who are they under? Our Account or TP?? Operations is under TP. So i guess you are indirectly saying IT IS TP's Fault. That is a NO BRAINER

    and your point is? are you sure the client is paying us per hour? as far as I know and as far as the people in OPS have said, We are being paid per Minute of calls taken. hence TP doesnt got paid for outbound calls and we are not supposed to use our SOFTPHONE to dial out anything because we cant bill the client for that

    i know these not because i have any connection or whatever but because The ACCM/Sups/Ops are always discussing these right infront of US!

    Wow! if you dont think theyre incompetent, then how did this happen? a company versus Waves and Waves of Agents. not just 1, 2 or 3. I dont know a single person who doesnt have something to say against the company. even pasig people said something. "and mga natitira sa batch namin eh ung tinatamad na mangapply or yung wala nang malilipatan" (we'll he could be wrong but its his perspective and i shall respect that)
    Unfortunately maam, I am a product of USC Commerce dept. I know how to compute taxes and everything but that is not even close to what most of the agents are ranting about. Do you work in TP? NOT. then i guess you dont know anything internal. You havent felt dismayed by what you get and what you didnt expect from work.
    Do you know how it feels to recieve 5k~6k salary per cut off when you knew you were never absent and late? just to realize that this cut-off only consists of 9 working days? i guess you dont
    specially when you know that your offer was 16k but was never informed of the 174 working hours condition.
    thats a calculation of 22working days in a month, which only happens like 50% of the year

We have spoke to more than 2 BIG BOSS's Already. and havent seen anything but explaination of this and that. If theyre not stupid, they would understand what we need. We need a better compensation. PERIOD!

    Specially the CCMS rollout from BigBoss I? The "You get to get more if you come to work" Like HELLO? Do I deserve getting 5~6k ish for getting Complete attendance and 0 tardiness? and it is not just me. there are a lot. and thats the time a lot left and thats only when he sent that message coz it was the only time he got alerted by the attrition. I BELIEVE(not i THINK)

    If they dont care about their agents(or if the agents doesnt feel valued), dont you think the agent would do the same? I think your brain can analyze that quite easily.

    well, im here in TP cebu...
    've been here for almost 2 months...and so far, i'm finding it better than my prev center.
    people are accommodating (esp the recruitment)
    i can't comment yet on the salary since i'm still a trainee but they offered me 16k as my basic which is not bad.
    we also have bonuses and, im lucky to be part of wave 1...which offers up selling...
    i'm glad im here...
