bro. dpende ra jud na nimo kung unsa ka interesado. Mas.k mo graduate pa ka mas.k asa na school it doesn't mean na maau na dayon ka mo luto, pero at least naa na kay theory. kanang uban na mo ingon na tapulan kung mag OJT dpende ra na sa tao. Naa pud kugihan, pero ma realize ra na nmo kung mag OJT nka na ang uban employees mo take advantage pd.

for me it's ICAAC. quality kau ang training didto. Ready nka sa ka isog sa chef sa gawas kung mo larga ka. D na kau ka mahadlok mka focus nka. Niya kng naa interview kaila na ang mga chef's kay CITY and Guilds ang DIPLOMA and CERTIFICATE.

FYI lng, the owner of PSCA is a graduate of ICCAC... the owner pirated one of the chefs to help out.. but it didnt work out and they parted ways.

ahh nice jud d i ang icaac? haha im glad jud that alot of people prefer or suggested icaac kay i was scared bcn bati ang school kay i havent been there pa just visited the website and alos my first choice jud hahaha im enrolling there next year after i graduate excited na kau kooo ))) duol ra bah ang icaac sa cebu doc?

How is the 2 year tuition at ICAAC?
Are they picky with their student admission? I mean do you have to be super intelligent to get in?

for icaac its 240t for the first year and 250t for the 2nd year.

with regards to the student admissions its a simple interview with the dean. and super intelligent isnt a prerequisite. = )
