wala ko kaexperience ana kay ako visa requirements is have full medical examinations HIV included, so as OFW dili na nko erisgo ako profession just for a tattoo... naa gani gicomment sa ako PE nga naa ko scars sa tiil pero dili to tattoo kundili sa ako kalingas sa bata pko...

i don't think so. that would be very discriminative. i think your doubts started with the old rumors about not being able to go abroad if you have ear percing if you're a guy or tattoos. i have visas for AU and US and I have a ear percing. Also as far as I can remember, i haven't answered any form or questions regarding having tattoos.
I think it is safe to say that it is greatly dependent on the work you're applying for. For example, if you're applying for a receptionist, they wouldn't want to you to have visible tattoos for you'll be facing people. I suggest, better check FIRST with your future employer before HAVING a tattoo.
dli man tingali ang tattoo mismo ang makapasangit nimo.. ang associated bloodborne diseases cguro (simbako).. pero wala pa pud koy experience ani.. though if i were you, unya nalang ko pa-tattoo kung naa nas gawas.. hehe.
