    what?? pollution is his only basis for hazard pay??get real!!!there are even worst cases to deal with than pollution such as hold-ups, snatchers, etc. and it doesn't happen in beijing china, it happens here...it is rampant here...considering the fact that most agents work on a graveyard shift, they are prone to this kind of incidents...and that's all they think about??no hazard pay because we are not in beijing china??are they out of their mind?? i don't think they value their people... tsk tsk tsk

    Ug sa una, it should be "I used to own a call center" or "I used to have my own call center".

    Owned my own call center? Hasta kapila jud i-own? Oh c'mon! Mao na quality sa mga agents nahabilin sa TP? Worse, basi ug di ni sya agent kay bossy man kaayo ug posts. Samot!

    It's obvious you are not an agent anymore. I wonder how you got promoted and how close you are with your bosses or the person who believed with your skills to handle a team.

    We challenge you to name your callcenter so we can credit you with it if it's successful. No fill in the blanks and guessing game please.

    Also don't tell us your current and former agents don't have any complaints and whines against your company. If they honestly dont have any, please give me your email add I'll forward you my resume.lol

    Halloo..

    i wasnt terminated in TP, i resigned. and reading all the posts (negative, mostly), i would say, almost everything is accurate. its not the company thats bad, its the people managing it. sad to see people leaving TP when it hasnt even reached its 6th month. talk about its attrition. i remember when huge companies started erupting here in cebu, pioneers were very excited and so motivated. i saw a different situation in TP. people started leaving after its 2nd and 3rd month. their attrition is alarming considering how new they are.

    they dont want people to complain when the people theyre hiring should have at least 2yrs call center experience. on way or another, they\ll have other centers sto compare TP to, and TP is nowhere near any other centers in cebu for comparison ( at least the good side).

    i have nothing personal about the people in TP, oh maybe for one person. and he's not worth the fame to even mention him here. pweh!

    and about Dutz, i dont mind if she wears what and where. she was nice to me. well at least to my face. haha. but she was nice, so Ill let go of the slippers.

    for those who choose not to admit all the facts about how bad a callcenter TP is (management wise), well we all know why. you're probably one of those kiss- ass who would do anything to get promotion, not to mention, babysit the manila people who dont know their way around cebu. kasi, aside from not knowing how to speak bisaya, they cant speak good english too to ask for directions.

    i CANNOT believe the manila people can get away with the way they speak English... or the way they cant speak good english. Pronunciation people!

    bwal dw havs or any flipflops? try asking DUTZ why is she wearing one?

    Oh I remember, ako g.ask ang HR ngano wlay hazard pay or other allowances.. ana lang sya gud na ganyan kami sa TP eh. ) wth!

    My wavemate almost died because one of the SME or shall I say he gt promoted after the incident.. TL MARVIN nmn dw sya karn. super longstory hahahahah!


    I just hope ma ok na ang company in the future.. kay kng unsa na happen sa floor.. d mkaabot sa HR! coz e cover up permi sa mga OPS..
