ACCORDING TO MY SOURCES... A lot of the people who has "A LOT" to say about Teleperformance are not even employees of the company who are basing their hear say postings from people who were terminated from Teleperformance.

Most of the time people who have something BAD to say about a company can simply state 1 sentence and then period. Dili batasan sa tinuod nga cebuano na daghan chesmes pa kaayo ipangyawyaw human muhawa kay wa sila malipay sa companya.

Kasagaran maglinabad sa Cebu dili mga purely cebuano.. diri ra mo nanglanding para mangita ug trabaho and magsige ug claim na taga cebu mo, pero ang batasan ninyo dili CEBUANO.

Ang mga taw MASKI ASA PA GIKAN na companya daghang yawyaw masulti against any company... HELLO?! I owned my own call center and interviewed thousands of applicants coming from different call centers big or small... puro ra jud yawyaw... puro ra reklamo... puro chesmes, kung dili sweldo... about sa politika... kung dili sa politika, about sa benepisyo...

Ang isigeg bagolbol bitaw sa mga, itrabaho pa lang tawn ninyo ug tarong... matarong pa inyong life...

My wavemate almost died because one of the SME or shall I say he gt promoted after the incident.. TL MARVIN nmn dw sya karn. super longstory hahahahah!

Ngano diay si Marvin? Murag okay ra man na sya. He was very helpful sa among wave.

Regarding sa hazard, one of my wavemates asked Mr. Don Sausa why wala daw hazard pay. He replied because we are not living in Beijing, China. Pirte daw ang pollution didto, so dapat may hazard pay ang mga tawo working in that kind of environment. Toink!

english nasad ko beh. way back when TP was about to open here in cebu, when they started advertising, i already knew what TP's reputation in manila is. i have a lot of friends there who have been in the call center industry and ive heard a lot of negative feedbacks from them regarding this company. TP in manila is actually at the bottom of the call centers list there or should i say the worst. i actually kept on posting here in this thread a few months back warning of the cebuanos to be careful about this company coz i was pretty sure the same thing will happen in cebu and now it is as expected. people are realizing how BAD this company really is. way to go guys! we cebuanos are surely a lot smarter than you know who. there are lots of companies here who are way way better than TP so dont worry. its for your own good anyway. u know what to do.

About sa 13th month pay, if I'm not mistaken, June nag start ang first waves di ba? So six months. Daghan man kuno mupahawa after makuha ang bonus. Wait until you see ug pila inyo makuha for 6 months worth of service. Although it's expected nga gamay kay prorated, mas gamay pa jud na.
