according to my reliable sourceS, the negative feedbackS about this company are true...but wait there's more...i wonder what happens after the 13th month pay is released??hmmmmmmm??i guess TP needs to do a lot more of interesting hoax to attract new applicants...they never knew how smart cebuanos are...btw, how are the trainers/SMEs/Sups(obviously not from Cebu bcoz we are known to have neutral accent) who speaks English with an accent(you know what i mean),DUH!!! whatta shame!!! and oh the pay?? s*cks big time....this is the only BPO industry i heard that is one of the biggest but also one of the worst...most agents who came from other BPOs regret why they left their previous companies for something not worth it...

HI Vayut!!!! I know how you feel. Labi na kung masakit ka wala cla mabuhat while nag train pa ta before. english nasad ko beh. way back when TP was about to open here in cebu, when they started advertising, i already knew what TP's reputation in manila is. i have a lot of friends there who have been in the call center industry and ive heard a lot of negative feedbacks from them regarding this company. TP in manila is actually at the bottom of the call centers list there or should i say the worst. i actually kept on posting here in this thread a few months back warning of the cebuanos to be careful about this company coz i was pretty sure the same thing will happen in cebu and now it is as expected. people are realizing how BAD this company really is. way to go guys! we cebuanos are surely a lot smarter than you know who. there are lots of companies here who are way way better than TP so dont worry. its for your own good anyway. u know what to do.

saka... to be quite frank. the JOB OFFER is DIFFERENT from the contract
the COMPLETE details of the contract was not even disclosed at the ORIENTATION
i dont want to mention details kay ma obvious nya ang team namo
but we recieved the full details of the contract only within the 1st week of our US101 training
did2 ra namo nahibawan nga naay 15,000 4months training bond, which, once again, is MISLEADING.
Since the 4months would start only AFTER training.
so, you spend the first 2months in training and the bond will run for the next 4months AFTER TRAINING
so, Basically, 6MONTHS BOND. not really 4months

you see how TP play with words now?

I think it is not how TP plays with words, but it is how stupid one can be to sign something they dont understand... and then in the end they will blame it to the company.
