(try to be in my shoes reporting to two bosses in upper management. yes, i have my complaints too, but i keep them to myself ) i hope we all do.
    Thanks. We know that you're a good person and you're doing your job man sad, wa man sad ka nagpabaya as stated in my previous posts. It's just that mu struggle man jud ta at some point samot na ug bag-o pa. Nahimuot lang ko kay bag-o tanan, then if you'll ask assistance from an SME, lain lain sila ug tubag. Maglibog ka unsay best solution nga i-follow. Nevertheless, they are very helpful bisag left and right ang ga ask ug support nila. Keep it up lang, sir! May you have a good career sa TP.

    I was with CVG SPRINT BANAWA for 6yrs left the company for a very valid reason. Applied for TP and got hired .. wave 2.

    nkaabot kos kaabog sa site while gconstruct .. wla pami mga health insurance.. we asked the HR.. dpat dw mo deal mi ana kay ana jd dw nah?!?!!? nya kamusta nmn among ggastos sa asthma meds ato? hahahhahaa! ig training baho kaau ang pintal and perting aboga..

    pag complain namu ni ana ra si SAM na wla tayong magagawa ganyan tlga. after 6 mos pa insurance nyo. WTF kaau sa! )

    wa koy mahems if nahan kaau mos TP .. im just sayin.. i left the company coz wa sila au! my TEAMLEAD is incompetitive! if ma under mo nya.. goodluck! hahahhaahah!

    FYI:
    katong mga external TEAMLEADS mangopya rna namo pagtraining.. mangatog rna sila .. hahahahah! ig nana sa floor.. maglikay˛ sa agents na mangayo ug help labi na supcall.. kay d man sila katabang! bsag CCMS way alam! hahahaah

    bwal dw havs or any flipflops? try asking DUTZ why is she wearing one?

    Oh I remember, ako g.ask ang HR ngano wlay hazard pay or other allowances.. ana lang sya gud na ganyan kami sa TP eh. ) wth!

    My wavemate almost died because one of the SME or shall I say he gt promoted after the incident.. TL MARVIN nmn dw sya karn. super longstory hahahahah!


    I just hope ma ok na ang company in the future.. kay kng unsa na happen sa floor.. d mkaabot sa HR! coz e cover up permi sa mga OPS..
