Regarding sa tech-salesmanager, im not really sure how he got qualified for the post. tingali naay skills or training before sa iyang company. Like our company, they offer six sigma training and other leadership skill na bisan dili manager or sup pwede makaavail basta lang naay approval sa imong boss. I guess you need to give him a chance. Just think or imagine yourself in his shoe. Bisan experienced or tenured agent naka i know maglisod jud kag handle or different personalities. ang uban pa ana mas knowledgeable or experienced pa nimo.
