    do u really have to give them the numbers just to get allowances? is it too much to ask for a small amount? like transpo allowance perhaps or meal allowance? why cant TP give that? then why can other companies even the small ones provide allowances? do u have to perform so much just to get a couple of hundred pesos per month? i dont think so. for bonuses, commisions or incentives, yes u can say that but for allowances? geez...i mean com'on? its a different thing. that means a lot already for everyone considering the not so big basic salary TP is offering. unless probably ur in a higher position with a higher pay, then u dont need allowances since u got a lot of extra to spare. but hey, theyre still not even giving it even if the employee is performing right? even if ur giving them all the numbers? so forget it. and TP brags they have "MORE" than what other call centers have? seems like the word they should be using is "LESS", not more.

    u sound like ur from management or ops. hmmm... dont apologize. i dont have any experience with TP and not planning to have either. ive heard enough from TP manila so thanks, but no thanks.

    Good choice that you're not gonna join us here!!! Because the attitude that you're showing is not for TP. We live and work happily based on what we have. Even if our pay is not that high but we believe that TP's offer is just fair enough. Im a married person so if TP's offer was not fair, I'll be the first to complain.. Im not part of the management team but Im just trying to share my experiences with TP to others. Your giving people a negative idea about TP even if YOU MENTIONED that you dont have any work experience with TP. Most of us here are happy not just because of the pay but because of our good working relationship. No power tripping, fair opportunities and happy environment... Aanhin ko ang high pay if I dont have a good working relationship in a company.

    Those companies that you've heard giving out high pay, do they last longer? They're not that smart when it comes to money matters so by the end of the day you'll end up looking for another job because your company filed bankruptcy. Business is business. TP's offer is not that high but what TP can guarantee to us, employees is STABILITY! Have you heard of those companies that might be giving out high pay but then change name due to Bankruptcy?

    Are you even aware that part of the stocks of those big companies where sold to TP? They entrust their stocks to TP. That explains how stable TP is! If you care about your job then you should know the status of your company and the BPO world. It's not just money, but money + brains! Business is business nga eh.. Fair and legal business lang ang TP.

    no power tripping? fair opportunities and happy environment? are u sure? thats totally a contradiction to what vianne217 posted. yes its true TP may be stable but there are a lot of other companies that are as stable as TP but giving more than what TP is. so are u saying that those companies are not smart? how come they've lasted so long also without having to file for bankruptcy or changing their name? my point really is, how can TP be so cheap? so tihik? so kuripot? i mean grabe!!! dmd jud!!! you can be smart and generous at the same time without worrying of having to file for bankruptcy or changing names. maybe TP hasnt mastered that part yet or they just dont really want to. period.

    This is real math! Next time do the math.

    In Teleperformance we were taught about accuracy, professionalism and integrity!
    oh my bad. the said said rate is 176 HOURS!!??
    and where in "(in average)" did you miss?

    what the?!?!

    then tell me. HOW MANY TIMES IN A YEAR DOES 11DAYS per CUT OFF HAPPEN??

    PER CUT OFF i might reinstate.

    i dont need to argue as i am currently working with TP and everyone, including I, agrees it is misleading
    The contract has it at 14k basic PER MONTH
    with very little interest on the 176HRS condition and this has always been an issue
    and im pretty sure YOU KNOW THAT
    SETTING OF EXPECTATIONS is something Recruitment people NEVER delivered(dont know about the new hires but im referring to us at the floor)

    well just a heads up if you didnt know.
    rumors are spreading mass resignation happening around december
    im not saying im one of them but im expecting half of my team will be bidding their farewells anytime soon (partially because their expectations werent met, but mostly because of the PAY is a SLAP on the face)
    doesnt affect me much though, since my expectation is to myself. not just to the company

    Recruitment is doing their job in hiring people
    but i dont think HR is thinking long term as I DONT SEE ANYTHING BEING DONE against ATTRITION
    even though they know that the primary reason why agents go AWOL/Resign(90% immediate) is because of the AWESOME pay
    big digits but THATS ALL there is... DIGITS

    im sorry to disappoint you zach but i think you are barking at the wrong tree

    well here is a MATH for you since you are so SURE ABOUT THE 22 WORKING DAYS IN A MONTH
    CALENDAR 2011

    lets just say We only have WEEKDAYS work and disregard Weekends as if it's the REST DAYS

    2011 calendar days

    January = 31days = 10weekends = 21 Working days
    February = 28days = 8weekends = 20 Working days
    March = 31days = 8weekends = 23 Working days
    April = 30days = 9weekends = 21 Working days
    May = 31days = 9weekends = 22 Working days
    June = 30days = 8weekends = 22 Working days
    July = 31days = 10weekends = 21 Working days
    August = 31days = 8weekends = 23 Working days
    September = 30days = 8weekends = 22 Working days
    October = 31days = 10weekends = 21 Working days
    November = 30days = 8weekends = 22 Working days
    December = 31days = 9weekends = 22 Working days

    thats a total of 260 working days
    divided by 12months
    MONTHLY WORKING DAYS AVERAGE IS 21.67 days
    Rounding up DOES NOT justify the contract!!

    this is even Excluding the INTERIM days wherein there are weeks, during transitions, that we only had 4 working days. and all we do is SMILE

    let us check Next year and see if the CONTRACT stands out
    2012 Calendar

    January = 31days = 9weekends = 22 Working days
    February = 28days = 8weekends = 21 Working days
    March = 31days = 9weekends = 22 Working days
    April = 30days = 9weekends = 21 Working days
    May = 31days = 8weekends = 23 Working days
    June = 30days = 9weekends = 21 Working days
    July = 31days = 9weekends = 22 Working days
    August = 31days = 8weekends = 23 Working days
    September = 30days = 10weekends = 20 Working days
    October = 31days = 8weekends = 23 Working days
    November = 30days = 8weekends = 22 Working days
    December = 31days = 10weekends = 21 Working days

    Still at 261 Working days for 2012
    Divided by 12months
    Average Working Days in a month is 21.75
    Still doesnt justify the 22working days a month contract
