If it was anybody you know most especially family nimo, for sure motabang ka..that is a no brainer bai. If the mother was there in the first place do you think maligsan kaha tong bataa? Twice pajud... We forgot the root of this problem..it was the parents..asa man sila? i remember this applies sa pinas as well. i know a true story in ozamis years ago nga gbalikan sa bus driver ang iyang naligsan para sure nga patay, ky ang rason mas mahal ang bayad sa hospital bills kaysa sa punerarya.

If i am a relative, i would...i wouldn"t be called a bystander by then dba?! & for sure di na maingon ana if relative ang naa sa palibot, lagmit gipatay natong driver atong puti nga van.. Di sad ka ikiha oi if you are a family member or a relative... But if i don't know the person i will call the authoroties. Di lang sa naglikay ka sa kiha, kung di naglikay lang sad ka kay basin makacause paka og mas dakong damage sa victim kung imong tandugon.. But then again, who knows what i will do if ever that time comes( which i hope it will never come)...
