i dont like outbound. kasagaran sa outbound kay mairate ang customers.haha labi nag dili saleable ang item

depende rasad na.. if you're cold calling + hard selling - of course nosebleed jud

pero if you are calling warm leads to follow-up (survey, prospecting) of course dli stressful. either ur main duty is to up sell/ survey.

ang advantage man gud sa outbound is that you can control the call and plus commission.
disadvantage lang kay naay qouta.

I like outbound but im not into hard selling stuffs.
