Heres what you should do.
1.) Unplug USB Modem
2.) Uninstall your USB Modem's Application and Drivers
3.) Goto Program Files and delete your Modems Folder "Globe Tatto / SmartBro "
4.) Uninstall WenzVPN Free as in all of it.
5.) Restart your PC.
6.) Plug in your USB Modem install it
7.) reinstall WenzVPN
8.) it is recommended to restart.
9.) now try to connect. see if you can browse a webpage again.
