Typhoon “Ramon” has Weakened into a Tropical Depression after interacting with the land mass of Eastern Visayas and Northeastern Mindanao and Public Storm Warning Signals elsewhere now lowered. Estimated rainfall amount is from 5 - 25 mm per hour (heavy) within the 400 km diameter of the Tropical Depression


    There is No Public Storm Warning Signal (PSWS) in Cebu already.

    to give you a general view of where "ramon" was yesterday see the screenshot below. it did pass cebu. wala lang kaau nato nafeel ang effects but sa northern part naa mga devastations pud didto. as of this hour palayo na nato si ramon but still signal 1 is raised on some parts of central visayas...
