to give you a general view of where "ramon" was yesterday see the screenshot below. it did pass cebu. wala lang kaau nato nafeel ang effects but sa northern part naa mga devastations pud didto. as of this hour palayo na nato si ramon but still signal 1 is raised on some parts of central visayas...
