    Default in need of loss weight program


    hi guys do you have weight loss program that you personally experienced that really did work? please share, im currently doing the no rice pero unsaun man uy walay discipline unya nagbakasyon pa nga puro kaon.. niburot gyud balik.. please share your program.. or if someone has personally experienced or tried to follow cohen's program do let me know if it is effective and safe..tenkyu bery mats!!

    i don't recommend no rice bro... minimize lang gyud and carb intake and determination...

    same here.. ga huna2x ko ug palit treadmill

    okay ra if you eat too much as long as you exercise... bawi-on sa exercise buh...

    kung pareha ka nako, ga eat pero way exercise.. yataf ang show... i dont eat too much, gina sukod na gani nako akoa kaon pero i dont lose weight... so i gotta shake that boooteh!

    TS: i've tried some fitness programs that are in DVDs pero boring man gud kung wa kay partner... workout buddy... when i was with a buddy i lost 10lbs pero na undang kay ni undang siya, wa sad ko... ni gain ko ug 5 maintain ko these days..hahaha

    Hello jhanjhan, may I know your current bmi/bmr stats, like your current weight to height ratio? It's pretty tough to provide assessment without these basic info. Please do provide us the ff asap and we'll get the ball rolling from there..

    apila ko beh! haha...im a 20 yr old guy..last time i checked, mga 156 lbs ko...height nko is 5'8"...i know sakto2 ra ang ratio sa akong height ug weight pero para nko man gd, tambokon ra ko...medyo nidako na ako tyan cgeg kaon..gusto ko mgpa lean...nagstart ko gym 3 weeks ago pero prmi ko mka absent gd kay finals na sa skul...instead of everyday, mga 3x a week ra ko mka go sa gym...and btw, before ko nag gym, wa jd koy physical activities..cge rag kaon and pahayahay xD

    hi TS naka agi nako ani na process unsaon pag loss og program. here are my mine:

    1. determination and preserverance
    2. partner to lose weight (mas gana ka mo lose weight kung naa kay partner. It's more likely healthy competion)
    3. diet of course( I try 1 week camote jud. Very effective. NO PILLS)
    4. jogging jud...
    5. gym pud. hehe

    I lose almost 20pounds. hinay lang akong paglose pero cge lang basta ni niwang jud.

    same here i am also trying to lose weight..These are the ff:

    1.) every meal there should be 1 serving fruits and vegetables.
    2.) limited carbs, no softdrinks no junk foods and no oily foods
    3.) exercise (mine is jogging 2x a week)
    4.) mag salad during dinner

    so far effective sa ako hehe...

    just try it and good luck!
