no offense to the religion, but that town seems remote and it's very cheap.

$697,674 is wayyyy cheap for a TOWN.

With only 58 residents, it's basically a ghost town.

But, INC is smart. They bought this town with business in mind. Buying the town means bringing jobs to its inhabitants, which in turn makes them vulnerable to be recruited by the Church. Raking in dollars is what it's about. It's business in disguise of good deeds. The money will come back to them ten-fold. Too smart.
