is a type of chicken cut where we have a deboned chicken breast with the drumette or part of the wing still attached.
maybe next week pag maka grocery will cook something out of a statler cut.

yup you can absolutely may confit out of it. d man gyud maingon nimo usik kay magamit man nimo balik ang mantika kay d man pud ka ga luto ug high temp. giving the oil more character. imagine you can saute vegtables with duck fat, level up na dayun hehehe.... making dough out of chicken fat rather than regular shortening for chicken pot pie.....
one thing you can also do is sous vide.
