I hereby admit that I posted Philippine Stock Market updates and reports in my blog, www.investorluranski.com, without citing ATR KimEng Securities, Inc. as the owner/source of the same information and analysis.

I acknowledge that my omission may have created the impression on the readers of my blog that the aforesaid information and analysis were my own creations, to the detriment of and prejudice to ATR KimEng Securities, Inc., the trueowner/source.

I signify my deepest apology to ATR KimEng Securities, Inc. for failing to provide a citation of the material that I posted online and undertake never to do this again, mindful that any subsequent offense of this nature will not preclude ATR KimEng Securities, Inc. from pursuing any cause of action against me in accordance with law.
