Having a list of jeepney routes here will get you nowhere. You don't even know what or where those places enlisted above are anyway. Best way to get around Cebu IMO is to pick a destination FIRST, then ask a close friend for its designated jeepney route. Then while you are on your journey, look outside and try to identify and learn the names of the streets and distinctive landmarks one at a time. It takes time to get to know your way around a new city, and the best way to do that is to hit the streets yourself.
