for me tell them at the right place at the right time

lisod gani na dawaton nga ikaw gadala sa sakit... pag sulti pajud ana samot
i think you should tell your immediate family. like imo wife and kids (if mejo mature na sila) and imo parents.
bisan financially poor mo, wa man ka ni-open up nila para mangayo ug kwarta. mao ni ang time in your life na you need the most moral support.
sa akong experience, atong nadiagnose ug cancer ako papa, wa jud ko nila giignan hangtod nahuman na iya treatments. when i found out, i felt betrayed. the people who truly love you would want to be with you during your journey.
unless imong personal decision na mas ganahan kang walay lain nakahibaw.
it's your choice.
akong e-tell, mangita lang ko ug sakto na oras,
Worrying too much can worsen such condition... so live your life free of worries (we all die anyways) just spend more time with your loved ones... and help them as long as you can, never give them room to worry about you... it may sound unfair to them, but atleast you and your family have good times together... co'z when you tell them, they'll expect your condition may get worst and may actually lead to death... then the rest of the days you'll spent with your family would be unhappy... try to seek help... there's always a twist...you'll never know.

definitely i will tell them so that i will have all the support and prayers i will need to overcome the problem.
kapoy oi.. dead, or dead.
for me,id choose not to.its not that i am being selfish but i love my family more than anything and if i tell them i have cancer,it'll just burden them. the disease itself is already a bad thing and it'll be worst if i see my family in agony. i mean, why do you have to tell them?will it make a difference?you'll still die anyways there's no need to burden them.

there is no practical purpose in telling family.. in fact anyone for that matter..anyone!
we all die anyway.. why do we have to burden others with the thought of us dying?
