Warning and Advice to Buyers:
In terms of warranty, I would not recommend to buy alienware US because based on my experience, my company planning to buy alienware laptops for game development and testing. Luckily, we bought in alienware singapore. After days of quality testing in game development, the graphics card is behaves improperly, probably defective. We took advice from Dell cebu in SM for warranty.They said we are lucky to buy in alienware singapore. So what we did, we file technical reports in dell.com/singapore and paid $20 singaporean dollars for freight and shipping to Alienware singapore. After 5 days, we recieve back our alienware unit laptop. Unlike sa Alienware US, it would take weeks and months na makuha balik imong alienware laptop for warranty because All laptop components are made in asian countries, they have to order the components, diagnostic test and reassemble plus freight and shipping is very expensive from Phil to US and US to Phil. Unless, this seller is very aggressive and feeling "therich" mo shoulder sa freight and shipping for warranty or worst scenario tabla imong warranty and buyers responsibility. Think about it.
