Portable USB drive cannot be detected!

Mga masters I need your advise or suggestion..

Naa ko portable usb drive (Buffalo HD-PETU2) dili mo detect sa ako system.
Walay makita sa storage (disk management). I've tried to insert it on other pc pero mao gihapon dili mo detect.

Unsa problem ani? Naa pa ni remedy kay I need to retrieve my important files save on it...please advise..tnx..

duha man ka klase ang portable katong with power adaptor then the other one is not because usb power na dritso.

so asa man ani nga klase imong portable TS?

Click Start, click Run, type regedit, and then click OK.

Boss mag try pako lain USB cord kay naay pagka pokayoke ni nga type nga cord sa ako portable. Pero ako cord gi try nako sa lainportable mo gana man. Cge lang ako pa suwayan pajud sa lain nga cord kung mo ok ba.tnx

Bro Explode, USB power ni diretso.Mao pud lage ako suspect ang Cord.Musuway ko lain cor.tnx
