this is a tutorial on how to configure a trixbox with a trunkline provider that can only make outgoing calls to a US toll-free numbers for free.
1. first download Trixbox latest version from
http://fonality.com/trixbox/
burn your download iso to a disc or u can load it to a virtual machine.
2. You need to change its user password usr:maint. type: trixbox-help to show list of command you can also use ssh.

in your setup upon installing your trixbox you can set its network ip address to dhcp or static. at login you will see its ip address of your trixbox.
3. open your favorite browser and type the ip address of your trixbox, and login your user and password.

at the upper right side you will see a switch. click switch to switch from user mode to admin mode.
4. next you need to upgrade your trixbox, in order to use its new features of asterisk inside your trixbox.
click>tool>module admin>and check updates.
5. where now going to make extensions. click extension and click its submit button choosing Generic Sip Device.
6. fill up user extension, mine i put 100 as extension number, fill up also the name of that extension whose going to be using that extension number. skip other blanks then proceed secret: is the password of 100 extension 100.
7. after setup its extension you're going to see orange at the top that says "Apply Configuration Changes" you need to click this in order to apply its changes you made.

and other small windows will appear. you may also click continue to really apply its changes.
8. now let us go to trunkline to add your idea sip for toll-free calls, and here also you add your panasonic.
trunkline is like a sip client here where all your outgoing calls going out from trixbox to any pstn or to your panasonic
or other gateways.
9. connecting to idea sip or to other sip provider or to your panasonic. here i cannot give the detailed context for your panasonic.
this is only for IdeaSip
at the bottom you need to fill up the registration string.

10. here is where the dial plan must be configured to route your outgoing calls. there is an instruction on how the dial plan works.

at this configuration is where your toll-free calls must go.
11. now unto out sip client to test your configuration if it works.
