HP dv2000 series - display problem

same ra na dyapon na symptoms brad. extended desktop man gud na na settings.
the gpu acts different on an extended display or external output

i have been working with DELL for nearly 4 years since 2007 and i have encountered that NVIDIA GPU issues everyday with my clients
we had tried replacing lcd kit (including the lcd flex cable) and it will not work (tested and proven based on experience)
we ended up still replacing the motherboard.

still the same thing here dyapon sa onsite work ko dri gawas.

we have a lot of spare LCD panels (kits) here for those models
lalis pirme ning mga chikwa na LCD ang ilisdan ky blurred daw unya sa external display ok ra man
giingnan ko na sila na known issue ni sa nvidia
pugson man jud ko na lcd lang daw ang i-replace ky di jud na daw motherboard, hatagan ko cya disclaimer na d ni maresolve and if tawagan ko balik for same issue naa na cya additional charges sa onsite service. aw so lcd ra ako gi replace ky gahi man gud ulo ang user. inig test ko mao dyapon ang issue. sibat ko daun inig human replace. d man daun magamit sa user ang laptop ky naa pa man sa meeting.

pag balik sa tag-iya sa laptop mao ra dyapon ang issue. tawag balik sa helpdesk, re-open ang ticket. dispatch na pod ko onsite. nka bayad gud additional 125 SGD ang user

Mao sad.... Pero at least hinoon magamit pa... So motherboard problem jud diay gihapon ni...
Actually wala naman pud ni siya mo display before then nag airflow ko sa gpu niya mao to na ok then karon kay naay napud nigawas nga distortion. Try nalang siguro ni nako airflow balik ang gpu...

ma hilot pa na ang issue by reheating the area around the gpu using hot air.
pero balik ra man na dyapon ang issue after several weeks ky poorly manufactured ang soldering material sa gpu

mao jud.. Murag gamay nalang kuwang anang 23k para makapalit ug arangan nga laptop... hehe!!!

Ako lang sa ni try ug fix based on your ideas pud... Basin pa diay.. Pero magamit paman hinoon kaayo ang laptop...

common problem mana sa dv2000 nga laps bai.. im not an expert on it but i know kay mao mana laptop sa ako ate ug na guba sad iya... nindot unta siyag features pero y au ang quality... makatagam ang HP
