    1. Overtime work is allowed as long as the employee is paid for the overtime work.

    2. Refusal to render overtime work can be considered wilful disobedience of lawful order - can be ground for termination.

So NO, you can't say no (unless na kay valid ground like naa kay sakit - dili kay naa kay laag)

it all boils down to will - if you sign off, then you are "forced" to accept. if you don't sign off, you can leave after the chime. for example, two people can, sign off to a duel to the death and hold no accountability to the victor. but then again, kinsa man sad tawn ang boang2x nga mo buhat ana, di ba?

base sa labor code the company can demand 2hrs OT.
if sige kag reklamo ana nya dili nimo makaya then resign.

i didnt say everyday. but in my company i work 12hrs/day but my night diff and extend overtime are not paid. sa maanad raman na.
for me 2hrs is really fine basta bayran lang. It's just 2hrs. if you value your job and you badly need income/job then antosa. but if you don't need a job and feel nimo gidaogdaog najud ka sa company then quit and find a job na ok para nimo.

Its legal & I love OT. I also work with one of the BPO's. My account is super cool. Extra hour rendered is 200/hr + the OT pay. Today they have requested for OT takers for 300/hr now.

    Review your contract.
