@TS: You should insist an RMA since this LOGITECH CRAP product is no good. Its not consumers fault if they didn't build their product well or their product isn't that durable enough.
Logitech is very expensive not worth for its price.
got no reply from logitech for almost 2 weeks. DIY repair using glue gun and looks like new again!hehehe
DIY nalang na bro, don't hope too much kay it's very easy for them to just say nga "physical damage" na and dili covered sa standard warranty or so...
