It is true , there are more better and serious matters that these lawmakers should focus more .

But like I said from earlier post , hatagi lage ninyo ug 1 valid reason lang why such LAW na gi PASSED which is the ANTI PLANKING ACT is a waste of the taxpayers money authored by BUGOK and OPLOK na representatives . Maski isa lang kabuok , it should make the cut .

ang issue man gud sa congressman bro kay ga planking daw tunga sa traffic while ga welga. in case man ganing ma himo gyud ni balaod, sayon ra kaau ikyasan ning balaora: do owling, batmaning etc in the middle of traffic. That simple. And besides against traffic rule na man ng obstruction of traffic, which is what planking in the mid of traffic does, so why make a law specific to "planking in the middle of traffic during a welga?"

mura man pd gud ga suggest ning balaora nga ok ra mag obstruct sa traffic basta dili lang planking ang pamaagi.

kinahanglan pa ba i-specify sa balaod kung unsa ang pamaagi sa pag obstruct sa traffic ang illegal nga tanan man pamaagi pag obstruct sa traffic illegal n man daan?

I can only speculate just like the rest of the forumers here yet the issue on the rally that caused to jam the streets because activist are planking only TRIGGERED it . They are already aware of what is planking , even kita diri if I remmeber it correctly got our first knowledge about planking early this year when a topic was started about it .

Maybe the value of this "law" will be realized when you are going for a million dollar transaction and you are beating against time, and someone planks in the way (while you're driving) for some protest or something.

    just my view..

Why would the congress waste such time with this ridiculous "anti planking act" when there are still no rooms for the kids in school. Gesh! This is really disappointing.

I do believe planking is a form of expression, I don't do planking kay mura mag see saw ang akong porma. Some really like doing it, expressing themselves and some are on the opposite side which hiding themselves to laugh at people doing it. Naa ra na nimo kung asa ka.

We come into our own way of looking things differently but this law for me, is very mature to call it as useless.

    Plank na ta!
