Sorry for the late respone guys! naputlan ug internet kay walay pasabi ang PLDT. Leche!
I was very comfortable with TSR kay naa nako ang control sa customer and not to brag that I don't make them feel controlled. Easy lang ko mu instruct. Easy lang akong sarcasm. Easy lang sad akong pagpalisod-lisod nila. Most of the interactions I had were pleasant to them. It's using the right words and positioning your sentences to make sense to them. Most of the times, they would ask why it happened. And I answer them with simple analogies. And they would understand and appreciate it so much.
Right now, I am a marketing specialist in a call center. I call clients who are interested to avail our services as a call center. It's very new to me but the experience, commission, and bragging rights are worth it!

I think that is part of a human person to be irate specially for consumer products and services that don't meet their expectations. Bisan ikaw tingali ma irate sa imo ISP usahay. The main reason why we (call center employees) exist is because we are to address their needs as consumers- those who brought money to the company we represent, to the company who pays for our job. Most of the time, we receive calls from irate members- the logic is simple though, they are inconvenienced with the service. It pains to see agents not taking their calls with the purest intent of helping the customer, often ridding them off. Why don't we put ourselves on their shoes?
Sometimes, we'd say that the customer is dumb, too arrogant to follow instructions, or too irate to be handled. It just boils down that we accepted the job and part of the responsibility is to respect them as customers if not human beings. Next time, if you feel that a customer is too tiring to handle, think of the day you signed your contract and ask yourself if you were ready for it at the beginning.
